Quality Justification of Toroidal Transformer
Perhaps most of the purchasers do not understand the toroidal transformer, and do not know what kind of toroidal transformer is of good quality? What kind of toroidal transformer is of high quality? In other words, what problems will a bad toroidal transformer have?
1. Insufficient power. If the purchased toroidal transformer is customized according to the load power, if the toroidal transformer power is insufficient, the load will not work properly or even cannot start.
2. Severe heating during operation: Generally, pure copper wire is used. If the winding technology is good, even a high-power toroidal transformer will not heat up. If your toroidal transformer heats up seriously, there are several possibilities: 1) The manufacturing technology is not good. There is a short circuit inside. 2) Copper-clad aluminum wire pretends to be all-copper wire, or uses all-aluminum wire. 3) The quality of the core material. Many companies use H50 cores with low magnetic permeability, scraps, or even mixed soft iron to make toroidal transformers, resulting in high no-load current of the transformer, excessive iron loss, and serious no-load heating.
3. Voltage problem. For example, if the customer requires no-load voltage, if you make it load voltage, the voltage will be high.
EEIO Transformer has only been making toroidal transformers for 8 years, hoping to provide our customers with only the most naive products. 8 years of focus has brought us sophisticated technology and the quality reputation of EEIO's toroidal transformers.
